On our first week we'll recap the basics of the Freedom Framework, and begin investigating and exploring our values – where they come from, how they've shaped us in the past, and how they can guide our mission and path into the future.
This week we will look at the various spheres that make up our lives, and explore an often unasked question: "what do we want?" Before jumping into goal-setting and action plans, it's important to check in with ourselves from a place of curiosity, and let our dreams and desires take up some space. We'll begin the process of sorting through which of those we may be able to do something about, and move towards setting goals and priorities.
This week we get into the weeds of how to structure our lives with our priorities in mind. We will learn what habits, rules and actions can support our goals, and break things down, so as to go from wish-list to a smart and actionable to-do list.
In our final week together, we get into prioritizing what's on our plate. How do we combine all the amazing objectives and actions we've just distilled with the moving train of to-do's that is already whizzing by in our day-to-day lives? Enter the Eisenhower Matrix 2.0, to help us bring it all together.
