Connecting to Ourselves and our Needs
Today, before jumping into goals, strategies and actions, we are going to take some time to connect to ourselves and what's important to us. Whether that's connecting to your inner child or learning to attend to what your body is saying to you, today's lesson and exercise make room for your needs – those things that make life worth living and fill it with joy, health, connection and delight. Whatever those are for you, they matter and are worth devoting some time to exploring.
